Measure viewing distance, seating, daylight and available power. A display should be readable from the back of the room without overwhelming the space.
Think beyond the screen
Agree how the teacher will share content, write, switch inputs and connect a computer. Check network reliability, microphone coverage and accessibility.
Define the handover
Document the equipment list, installation scope, training, warranty and support process. Ask for a demonstration using the workflows your teachers actually need.
